3. Eligibility
Our services are designed exclusively for senior-level professionals, including Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-Suite Executives. By engaging with our services, you represent that you meet these criteria and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Paid Service
RocketJob is a paid service. Fees, payment schedules, and refund policies will be outlined in your individual service agreement. All fees are due as specified in your agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share your personal or professional information with prospective employers, recruiters, or any third parties without your explicit consent, except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. No Guarantee of Employment
While RocketJob is committed to delivering results, we do not guarantee employment or specific outcomes. Job search results depend on market conditions, individual qualifications, interview performance, and other factors outside our control. Our guarantee, where applicable, refers to the delivery of our managed services, not a specific employment outcome.
7. Client Responsibilities
To receive the full benefit of our services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete professional information
- Respond promptly to communications from our team
- Actively participate in coaching sessions and interview preparation
- Notify us promptly of any job offers or changes in employment status
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and tools provided by RocketJob, including the Ignite Learning Platform, are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RocketJob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms outlined in your individual service contract. Upon termination, your access to RocketJob's platform and services will cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
